  • A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
  • Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).

Withdrawals from the account may be suspended until the documents are submitted.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Report any unauthorized access to your account to our support team immediately.

  • bee44 is not liable for transactions carried out by a third party.
  • Use a strong password and change it regularly.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

To deposit funds on bee44, you can use bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

Please note: Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

  • Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
  • Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
  • Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.
  • bee44 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal and conduct an investigation if fraud is suspected.

4.3 Transaction Verification

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement to claim the bonus is 25 times (25x).

Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500. Or deposit ৳8,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance ৳13,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has specific terms that will be detailed on the offer page.
  • The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
  • Bonuses can only be used on specific games or sections of bee44, as stated in the details of each offer.
  • bee44 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if any user attempts to abuse it.
  • Bonus offers may have an expiry date; if the requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 Cashback and VIP Benefits

bee44's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback and additional benefits are available at each tier. bee44 reserves the right to change the terms relating to VIP tiers and benefits.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on bee44 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealers are used to determine game outcomes.

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • bee44 may void any bet or game completed as a result of a technical error.
  • In the event of a dispute over a game result, bee44's decision shall be considered final.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

When betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup), football and other sports:

  • The specific betting rules for each sport will apply.
  • If a match is cancelled or left incomplete, the stake will be refunded unless the specific rules state otherwise.
  • Odds may change in real time for in-play betting.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bee44 platform:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Providing false or fake information to obtain bonuses.
  • Attempting to hack accounts, phishing, or any other form of cyber attack.
  • Using automated bots or software to play games or place bets.

Consequences: Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure, all balances may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
